Copying a report
Copying a report may be useful if you wish to create a new report with a similar configuration to an existing report.
Initiating the copy action
There are two ways to initiate the copy action from the source report.
From the Reports screen
First, browse the reports list to find the report that you wish to copy. Then, click the More actions button in the report's row and select Copy report.
From the Report screen
If you already have the source report open in the Report screen, click the More actions button the header and select Copy report.
Creating the copy
The Copy report dialog will appear. The Name and Description fields will be prepopulated from the source report.
You may wish to edit the Name and Description now to reflect the purpose of the new report. You can always do this later by configuring the report's general settings.
Click the Create button to create the new report.
The newly created report will be displayed in configuration mode so you can adjust its settings to suit the purpose of the new report. Learn more about configuring a report.
